Gateway Setup
  1. Download the “Smart life” or “Smart RM” App from Google Play or Apple App store.
  2. Press and hold the gateway button for 10 secs
  3. After both lights go off, release the gateway button
  4. The red light will start flashing quickly, after which you can open up the “Smart Life” or “Smart RM” app and go through the following steps:
  5. Once you have gone through all of the steps below, you can select ‘Done’ to add the Gateway to your list of devices

 

 

Wireless Boiler Controller (Receiver) Setup (Only Applicable to Gateway, Smart Valve & Receiver Starter Kits)
  1. Before attempting to connect to the wireless boiler controller (receiver), please ensure it is correctly and safely wired to your boiler (see diagram below). If you aren’t familiar with connecting similar products, please contact your local electrician for support
  2. After your wireless boiler controller (receiver) is wired in, please get it in to pairing mode by pressing the black ‘PUSH’ button until you see the blue ‘Wifi Signal’ light flashing
  3. Once the boiler controller (receiver) is flashing, please go into your Gateway (under ‘All Devices) in the ‘Smart Life’ App and perform the following steps
